Description

The 80K-40 High Voltage Probe is designed to extend the measurement capability of the AC/DC voltmeter to 40,000 volts (peak) AC or DC Category I overvoltage. confined energy circuits found inside certain devices. This is the case, for example, of the high internal voltages of televisions or copiers. DO NOT USE this probe to measure high voltages in power distribution systems. This probe gives you high accuracy when used with a 10 megohm input impedance voltmeter.
